What you see isn't always correct
In life you must have come across various situations when your vision has defied you right ?
Let's take the simplest case suppose on a road it's written 66, now one person might see it as 99, which is correct in his opinion, the other will argue that it's 66 and not 99. So what to do now ? simple just refer to the surroundings, there will be a clear hint as to which is the correct side.
Let's take another example of water, when you look at it from above, you won't be able to estimate the correct depth. Well at least that can be explained, that light refracts from water, and our eyes can't detect that hence we see a different image.Let's dig in deeper shall we ?
When you buy an expensive product, be it anything, your smartphone, computer, vehicle anything. You do as much research about it as possible, you ask your friends, you read reviews, check specifications on various sites. The thing is no matter how much effort you put into knowing the product before buying it, there will always be things that you will come to know after using it or while using it. Let's say you buy a phone, it says you'll be able to upgrade to android 7. you bu it, it does update to Nougat, but then it doesn't update as quickly to Android 8. And then you discover some hidden features that no one talked about.
Same is the case with people, at first when you meet a stranger and start talking they might try to stay inside their shell or try to be rude or simply try to be the best version of themselves. But as you spend more time with them, you discover that they are completely different from you thought they are. Some may say you should never assume things about anyone, but let's be honest that doesn't happen. The truth is no one can be happy all the time, so if they show you their feelings and emotions, if they tell you they're sad. Don't run away from them, be with them, try to help them, make them feel better. Because who knows when you might need them. And what's the harm in trying to make a better world ?
Coming back to the point, our eyes and our mind can be easily deceived. For example let's take a common example, when a girl is nice to a boy out of common courtesy. The boy may easily think that she's only nice to him and hence believe that she loves him. in such cases, one should should observe things and take everything in slowly and steadily. especially if we're talking about love. It does not happen overnight. Remember the story of the race between a bunny and a tortoise ? bunny is fast he almost finishes the race, then sees that the tortoise is wayyy back, he decides to take a nap, during which the tortoise though slow, but steadily covers the entire path and wins the race.
So to sum up, I'd like to say, never be impulsive, take time to process things, it's okay to be hurt it's okay to stay away from people for a while. Those who love you will always come back, or sometimes you'll have to go back to them.
