Time Time Time
Time is a valuable thing, we know that don't we ?
But often we end up wasting it, sometimes knowingly and other times unknowingly.
Either way, time wasted is life wasted. See our lies are too short to do anything but the thing we love.
Now let's take a look at how we waste time
Knowingly :
1) Playing games on phone or PC or laptop. I'm not saying this to those people who play for like half an hour or an hour, that much is fine. For those who play more than that, Guys seriously, stop. There's a whole big wide world waiting for you to explore it. Go out hang out with friends, play real games like football, basketball, cricket. Or you could go for swimming, camping, or a simple stroll in the park or your neighborhood.
2) Watching movies, Now again watching movies a good way of refreshment and relaxation, once in a week or a month is fine. But for those who can't sleep without watching a movie, or who have movie marathons you should look at yourself. Stuck in front of a screen for hours altogether. It kills your imagination guys, if you are so starving for an alternative reality, read books novels, journals. Doing so will incite your imagination, and help you learn stuff subconsciously.
Unknowingly :
1) chatting : We think that we'll just reply to the texts we have and then continue our work. But let's be honest, Does that ever happen ? at least for me it doesn't once I start chatting, I loose count of hours. See, I'm not saying it's bad, it's good. But to a certain extent. Like if you're using phone when you're alone or when other people are busy, that's okay. But if you're like having dinner with your family or out on a date, or maybe talking to your grandparents or for that fact anyone, please don't chat simultaneously, it creates a really bad image of you. It also shows how much addicted you are to your phone or laptop or whatever you use.
2)Thinking too much : Now this happens with me a lot, while doing simple things like brushing my teeth or taking a bath or even while eating, I start thinking about stuff and in doing so, I start doing the real thing slowly, several times stopping completely. I don't know how it happens, I start thinking and bam! I'm LATE FOR CLASSES.
Yeah yeah I know you'll be thinking, we know all of this, but sit down one day and note the time that you take for each activity and you'll know how much of it you waste and utilize.
Now I've heard many people say I don't have time to do this do that. LIES. ALL LIES. Sure their schedule may be busy, but believe me if you make a timetable, you'll be able to set aside free time.
But more on that later. See you guys ! hope this was worth your time (sorry if I wasted it)
